About the event
The Movement and Vocalization class is an energizing yet gentle way to start your day for voice over work. This 45 minute class is designed to stimulate the body with meditation, gentle movement/stretch, and vocalization. Utilize these techniques to get ready for the day - whether it is just used as grounding for talking, or getting ready for your voice over auditions.
Wear something comfortable that you do not mind sitting/laying on the floor with, and something to place under your head - a book or a flat pillow. You may want a mat or towel to sit on. This class will not have any large or fast movements. No experience is necessary.
